Under 5 minMicrowaveSaladEnergy required: A little.

If you love a good coleslaw, this one's for you.

It's crunchy, creamy, slightly sweet with a little kick. Warm slices of FROZN turn it from a side dish into a proper meal.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 FROZN chicken patties
  • Red cabbage
  • Carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Spring onions
  • For the dressing:
  • Greek yoghurt (or mayonnaise if you prefer)
  • Sweet chilli sauce
  • Salt

Optional

  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh coriander
  • Crispy onions
  • Chilli flakes

Method

  1. 1
Heat FROZN straight from frozen and slice if you prefer bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2
Finely slice the cabbage, cucumber and spring onions, then grate the carrots.
  3. 3
Mix Greek yoghurt (or mayonnaise) with sweet chilli sauce and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  4. 4
Toss the vegetables through the dressing until everything is evenly coated.
  5. 5
Top with the warm sliced FROZN and finish with any optional toppings.

Why this works

This isn't your average side salad.

The creamy sweet chilli dressing makes it feel like a lighter, fresher version of coleslaw, while the warm chicken turns it into something genuinely satisfying. It's fresh, crunchy and packed with texture in every bite.

Why you’ll make this again

  • Ready in around 10 minutes
  • Fresh, crunchy and full of flavour
  • Great for meal prep lunches
  • The dressing works with almost any vegetables
  • Feels indulgent while using everyday ingredients

Founder tip

Slice the vegetables as thinly as you can—I always reach for a mandoline when I make this. It takes the salad from "nice" to that restaurant-style crunch you can't quite recreate with a knife. And don't skip the sweet chilli dressing... it completely makes the recipe.
