FROZN is a fully cooked frozen chicken patty product, designed to be reheated directly from frozen and used as the protein part of a meal.

The product is already fully cooked — it is not raw chicken.

Using the microwave heating method, FROZN is ready in under 3 minutes.

Heating instructions

FROZN Chicken Patties are fully cooked and only need to be reheated.

Remove packaging before heating and place the patties on a suitable plate or cooking surface as instructed below.

Heating times are for guidance only. Appliances vary.

Ensure the product is piping hot throughout before eating. Do not reheat once heated.

Microwave — fastest method

From frozen: 2–2½ minutes.

This is the heating method referred to when we describe FROZN as ready in under 3 minutes.

Pan

Medium heat: 10–15 mins, turning halfway.

Remove packaging before heating and heat until piping hot throughout.

Air fryer

Remove packaging and place the patties in a single layer.

Air fry at 175°C for 10-12 mins.

Oven

Remove packaging and place the patties on a suitable oven tray.

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C.

Remove packaging and place on a baking tray.

From frozen: 15 - 20 mins.

From chilled: 8 - 10 mins.

Ready in under 3 minutes

When FROZN says “ready in under 3 minutes”, this refers specifically to reheating the fully cooked patties from frozen using the microwave method: 2–2½ minutes.

Alternative heating methods such as the pan, air fryer or oven may take longer.

Storage

Keep frozen.

Follow the storage instructions shown on the product packaging.

Do not refreeze once thawed.

The best-before date and batch information are printed on each pouch.

Frozen delivery

FROZN is stored and dispatched frozen.

We use a frozen-delivery system designed to maintain appropriate conditions during the expected delivery window.

During transit, coolant may soften or thaw and some condensation may appear on the pouches or inside the delivery packaging. This does not necessarily mean that the food itself has thawed.

Please check the product itself when your order arrives.

If the patties remain hard and frozen, place the pouches into your freezer promptly.

If the product feels soft, appears to have started thawing, feels unusually warm or you are concerned about its condition, do not eat or refreeze it while the issue is being investigated.
