Remove packaging and place the patties in a single layer.
Air fry at 175°C for 10-12 mins
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. FROZN keeps frozen for months, so you can keep a pouch in the freezer and use it when you actually need it.
For the exact shelf life of your batch, always check the best-before date printed on the pouch.
Once opened: refrigerate and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze.

Can I cancel my preorder?
For Private Early Access presale orders, you can request a change-of-mind cancellation before 09:00 on 18 September 2026.
If your cancellation is accepted within this window, we may deduct any actual non-refundable payment-processing cost already incurred on your order. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
After the cutoff, change-of-mind cancellations are no longer accepted.

How will FROZN arrive?
Frozen, in insulated packaging with frozen coolant.
We normally use a next-day courier service to keep the transit window short.
The coolant may soften during delivery and you may occasionally see some condensation inside the parcel. That doesn’t automatically mean the food itself has thawed.
Put your FROZN into the freezer promptly when it arrives.
If the product itself feels soft, unusually warm or appears to have started thawing, follow the guidance in our Shipping Policy and contact us at hello@frozn.co.uk.
What should FROZN look like?
Real food isn’t perfectly identical – and neither is FROZN.
Our patties are made with simple, recognisable ingredients. They’re not deep-fried, breaded or dusted in starches or powders. They’re baked, and we don’t add any oils.
So you may notice slight natural variation in shape and appearance, visible carrot texture and small differences in colour from patty to patty.
That’s intentional. We’d rather let the ingredients look like themselves than turn FROZN into a perfectly uniform, heavily processed-looking chicken disc.
Once heated, expect a proper garlicky aroma and a tender, meaty bite.
How much freezer space do I need?
Each pouch is approximately 18 × 23cm — around the footprint of a large paperback.
If stored flat, 4 or 6 pouches can be stacked on roughly the same footprint, with 6 simply making a taller stack. The pouches are flexible, so you can also fit them individually around other food in your freezer.
Why can I only order 4 or 6?
Frozen delivery works best when we send FROZN in 4 or 6 pouch boxes – it keeps the packing efficient and makes the delivery cost per pouch much more sensible.
You don’t need to use a whole pouch at once either – take out however many patties you need, reseal the pouch and keep the rest frozen.
How long does FROZN keep?
FROZN keeps frozen for months, so there’s no rush to get through your order.
Keep it frozen and use it by the best-before date printed on your pouch.
Why does frozen delivery cost £7.35?
Because sending frozen food safely is different from sending a normal parcel.
Your order needs:
frozen storage → insulated packing → frozen coolant → fast courier delivery
The actual fulfilment and delivery cost is higher than £7.35, so FROZN absorbs part of it on every paid-delivery order.
