Fully cooked British chicken, frozen. Not a ready meal, not raw chicken you've got to prep — it's the part of a meal that normally takes the time and effort, done for you. Heat it for three minutes and eat it on its own, or build it into a wrap, bowl or salad.
British chicken breast, carrot, egg, wheat flour, garlic powder, a little salt and pepper. That's the whole list.
It's real food with a short, recognisable ingredient list. We're not a diet brand and we're not going to tell you how to eat — this is just a genuinely good option that happens to be the fast one.

Each 400g pouch holds 8 fully cooked patties.
As a guide, one pouch gives you 8 patties / 4 easy meals — based on 2 patties as a meal base. Add rice, salad, veg, wraps, potatoes, or whatever makes sense that day. Some people will want one, some will want three. That’s fine too. FROZN is built to flex around real appetite, not force a portion rule.

Yes. It's made to be heated straight from frozen. Once you've reheated a patty, eat it — don't refreeze it.

You'll get a confirmation when you order and a despatch email when it leaves us, with tracking from the courier on the day.
If we haven't charged or packed it yet, yes — easily. Once it's prepped for despatch we need a bit of notice, so get in touch as early as you can and we'll do what we can. Final details will be confirmed before launch.

FROZN is made in Norfolk, in a BRC-certified kitchen, using British chicken. It's a small company — built by one person who got tired of the 8pm "there's nothing good in" problem and decided to fix it.
