Caesar Wrap

Crisp, creamy and exactly what you make when you want lunch to feel sorted.

A Caesar wrap is one of those meals that always makes sense.

Crunchy lettuce, warm FROZN, creamy sauce, a little parmesan, all wrapped up and eaten with one hand if that’s the kind of day you’re having.

You can make the Caesar sauce yourself with yoghurt/mayo, or use a good store-bought one. Both count. This is not the moment to perform.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 FROZN chicken patties
  • Large tortilla wrap
  • 1–2 handfuls romaine lettuce
  • Parmesan, shaved or grated
  • Black pepper
  • Caesar sauce

Optional

  • For a quick yoghurt Caesar-style sauce
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt + 1 tsp Dijon mustard + 1 tsp lemon juice + 1 tsp olive oil + 1 small garlic clove, grated, or garlic powder + Parmesan, finely grated + Black pepper

Method

  1. 1
Heat FROZN straight from frozen and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2
If making the yoghurt Caesar sauce, stir everything together until creamy and loose enough to spread.
  3. 3
Spread the sauce over the wrap.
  4. 4
Add romaine, sliced FROZN, parmesan and black pepper.
  5. 5
Roll tightly & quickly sear on the dry pan

Why this works

Caesar is basically the perfect shortcut flavour.

It makes a very simple wrap feel like something you’d happily buy out — creamy, salty, fresh, crunchy, warm.

FROZN does the protein part. The rest is just assembly.

Why you’ll make this again

  • Quick lunch that doesn’t feel sad
  • Works with homemade or store-bought sauce
  • Crunchy, creamy, warm and filling
  • Uses ingredients you can keep around
  • Feels like a café wrap without leaving the house

Founder tip

I’d honestly use store-bought Caesar if it’s one of those days. The yoghurt version is great when you have two extra minutes, but the whole point is that lunch shouldn’t become a project.
